This project consisted of the reconstruction of 0.66 miles of Stadium Boulevard from Hutchins to the University of Michigan golf course in Ann Arbor, Michigan. It also included 0.44 miles of combined reconstruction/rehabilitation of South Main Street, Prescott Avenue, and Potter Avenue. Included in the design were 2 retaining walls; water main replacement & upsizing; infiltration trenches; street lighting upgrades and landscape improvements; ADA sidewalk ramps; and proposed right-of-way plats and descriptions. NCI was responsible for the survey, design, public meetings, funding application assistance, and preparation of bidding documents.
