This project involved the construction of a new interchange at I-475 and Dorr Street for the Lucas County Transportation Improvement District (LCTID), which is comprised of the Lucas County Engineer, Springfield Township, City of Toledo, and District 2 of the Ohio Department of Transportation. The design of this interchange will consist of a double roundabout configuration, as well as the reconstruction of Dorr Street from an existing 2 lane roadway to 5 lanes including a center TWLTL, curb and gutter, sidewalk, new storm sewer, waterline relocation, and landscaping improvements. As a subconsultant, NCI is responsible for the topographic survey of the entire project limits including along Dorr Street from McCord Road to Holland-Sylvania Road. Additionally, NCI developed a detailed property map to complete a full set of right-of-way plans.
