This project involved the preparation of drawings, quantities, and bid documents for improvements to the electric department drive and parking lot in the Village of Milan. The existing 600’ drive and 1850 square yard parking lot was resurfaced and regraded to improve drainage. Another 165 square yards of new full depth pavement were added adjacent to the existing parking area. Existing aggregate was regraded adjacent to the parking area which eliminated existing low spots and associated drainage issues. Finally, 48 square feet of sidewalk was replaced between the resurfaced parking lot and the electric building.
