This project involved modifying the US-23/I-475 Interchange in Lucas County, Ohio, including realigning mainline highway & ramps; widening 2 bridges; and adding 1 new bridge. As a subconsultant, NCI was responsible for the design of the new 3-span steel plate girder bridge, permanent pavement markings, and permanent signing for the project.
