This project involved the survey and design for HMA milling and resurfacing, shoulder reconstruction, interchange ramp resurfacing and extension, culvert replacement, bridge approach reconstruction, guardrail and cable barrier replacement, ROW fence replacement, ditching, clearing, freeway signing and pavement marking on I-94 Westbound in Berrien County, Michigan.

Road design and maintenance of traffic plans (including TMP) were developed and coordinated with MDOT designed bridge work at Lost Dunes (R04 of 11015) and Puetz Road (S16 of 11015). Multiple design exceptions were needed for the existing non-standard geometry. ROW plans were also prepared as a part of this project. Geopak 3D modeling was developed as a part of final deliverables. Quantity calculation, SAPW, needed special provisions, and the e-proposal were also prepared for this project. NCI was responsible for the entire project, including managing and coordinating subconsultant work for survey and hydraulic analysis services.
