NCI has provided the final design plans for major urban arteries as well as rural highways. our experience includes widening and resurfacing several miles of state trunkline, reconstruction of major urban arteries, urban rehabilitation projects and grade establishments. We have reconstructed and widened freeway ramps to alleviate congestion. Moreover, NCI has developed construction staging plans and maintenance of traffic schemes for key freeway corridors and interchanges, as well as for local roads and commercial districts. We have also provided the permanent freeway and non-freeway signing and pavement marking plans during the final design process.
