Project Managers: Our Project Managers are required to have received, at least, a Bachelor's degree in engineering. They must exhibit a mastery of several types of civil design and engineering techniques and possess the ability to communicate as a team leader on a variety of specialized projects. In addition, they must already have or be in the process of obtaining their Professional Engineer or Professional Surveyor certifications.

Engineers: Our design engineers must have a bachelor's degree in engineering. They are strongly encouraged to sit for their Professional Engineer or Professional Surveyor certifications after gaining the proper experience. In the beginning, their experience may be minimal, but we expect our engineers to come ready with a curiosity for knowledge, a thirst for responsibility, and the ability to seize the opportunities given. Also, they must be able to communicate clearly with their peers, supervisors, and clients.

Co-op Students: Our co-op students are an important part of our recruiting process. We trust them with a great deal of responsibility and expect them to perform as an immediate part of the NCI team. Those students who consistently show the ability to communicate with their peers, take ownership over their projects, and learn at an efficient pace will be extended an official full-time offer upon graduation. Our co-op program is extremely flexible, and we encourage all serious studnets to apply.

Support: Our support staff needs to be organized and efficient in their ability to complete the administrative tasks assigned. They must demonstrate an ownership of their work and a responsibility for the assignments of the Project Managers and Engineers that they work with.
