At NCI, our civil engineers have extensive experience and knowledge in site development. We have provided comprehensive site development services to commercial, residential, educational, industrial, recreational, and public service clients. Our commercial design experience includes restaurants, businesses, self-storage facilities, and a cinema with sites ranging from 1 to 24 acres. Educational experience includes site design of over 35 elementary, junior high, high school, and higher educational facilities ranging from 2 to 30 acreas in size. NCI's civil design team has also been responsible for several residential and commercial subdivisions that consisted of up to 258 acres with 351 lots. Subdivision services include preliminary roadway layout and master plans, roadway design, boundary and topographic survey, construction staking and plan layout, storm and sanitary sewer design, waterline, pavement, and sanitary lift stations.
